This case comes to us on the petition of the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of its order issued against J. H. Bonck Company, Inc. (Bonck), and Louisiana Garment Manufacturing Co. (Louisiana Garment).1 The Employers filed a cross-petition seeking review.2 The Board found the Employers had violated Sections 8(a) (5) and 8(a) (1) of the Labor-Management Relations Act
