Dixie's Bar, Inc. (Dixie's) and Janjer, Inc. (Janjer) seek to review proceedings before the Boston Licensing Board (the board) by mandamus and certiorari. A writ of mandamus was issued. All parties appealed. Dixie's and Janjer appeal from the order of a Superior Court judge that the petition for a writ of certiorari be dismissed.
