This action arose in Gallatin County on a complaint filed by plaintiff on March 11, 1968. The original complaint was thereafter amended seeking punitive as well as compensatory damages. A pre-trial conference was held on March 20, 1969 and trial was subsequently held on April 2, 3, and 4, 1969.
