WOODLEY, Presiding Judge.

The offense is possession of heroin; the punishment, enhanced by two prior convictions for felonies less than capital, life.

Appellant's first ground of error is that evidence obtained as result of an illegal search and seizure was admitted in evidence against him at the trial. Appellant specifically contends that the affidavit filed in support of the search warrant failed to state probable cause for the issuance...
