This case originated when Alva Cain filed a bill seeking to enjoin Clifton Bazzell and Mattie Bell Bazzell, owners of the lot adjoining Cain's lot on the west, and the Capitol Fence Company, from erecting a fence on or near the line separating the Cain and Bazzell lots.
