On October 28, 1965, about 7:00 P.M., while riding in an automobile, Mike Kalousek, natural son of the plaintiffs-respondents, was killed as the result of a one car accident occurring on a Boise County Road connecting Garden Valley and Lowman (5 miles east of Garden Valley).
