OPINION BY MR. JUSTICE POMEROY, October 9, 1970:

In September, 1964, appellant, while represented by counsel, entered a plea of guilty to the charge of murder generally. At the subsequent hearing before the court en banc to determine his degree of guilt, appellant was adjudged guilty of murder in the second degree and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 8 to 20 years. No appeal was taken from that judgment of sentence...
