Appellants were charged with robbery by informations filed in the County Court of Polk County, Arkansas on December 19, 1969. The charge was later reduced to grand larceny. Thereafter, appellants removed the cases to the United States District Court under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. § 1443(1).
