This is a suit brought by the newly elected members of the Board of Supervisors of Lincoln County, Mississippi, in the name of the County against the defeated members of the Board of Supervisors of that County. The original bill filed in the chancery court named W.A. (Lonnie) Rogers, Claude (Bill) Diamond, Robert L. Adams, Ben Laird and Oddee Smith as complainant supervisors.
