The Commissioner determined a deficiency in the income tax of Jane K. Davenport for the calendar year 1966 in the amount of $171.08, and determined a deficiency in the income tax of Eugene T. and Elizabeth M. Davenport1 for the same year in the amount of $151. The basis for the determination of each of these deficiencies was the disallowance of the claimed dependency exemption...
