INZER, Justice:

This is an appeal by the Kroger Company and Beneficial Insurance Group, its carrier, from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Lee County which reversed an order of the Workmen's Compensation Commission denying compensation and awarded appellee, Leroy H. Orr, compensation benefits. We affirm.
