This civil action was originally brought on November 15, 1966 by Lucian T. Jones ("Jones") against O. A. Newton & Son Company ("Newton"), Elmer E. Hasselbring ("Hasselbring") and Textron, Inc. ("Textron"). The original complaint consisted of two causes of action.
