Cogdell, and the children of said deceased persons, individually and as executors of the wills of said parents, to establish ownership of the west half of the Cogdell's Turkey Creek ranch by virtue of a parol gift from D. M. Cogdell, Sr., and his wife, Jonnye K. Cogdell. Forbes is the grandson of D. M. Cogdell, Sr., deceased, being the son of his daughter by a marriage...
