This suit in equity by a husband (plaintiff) and wife, mortgagors of three pieces of improved real estate, against the mortgagee bank seeks an adjudication that the mortgages are not in default, and that the bank has no right to increase the interest rate as a condition of bringing payments up to date, or for seeking future payments, and asks injunctive relief.
