The plaintiff's petition alleges that certain conduct of her husband toward her constitutes cruel treatment of such a nature as to render their living together insupportable. The defendant filed an exception of no cause of action which in effect states that assuming all of the allegations of plaintiff's petition are true, the conduct complained of does not amount to cruel treatment and at most are allegations of incompatibility between the parties...
