DWYER, Judge.

Luther Spears appeals from a conviction by a jury in the Circuit Court of Chester County of committing the offense of voluntary manslaughter with resultant punishment of confinement for not more than four years in the State Penitentiary. He appeals through privately-retained counsel and assigns error contending the judgment entered is not in accordance with the law.
