The subject matter of this action is a tract of land, known as Werginz Meadows, approximately 1820 acres purchased by plaintiff Watson and defendant Barnard in 1951. Plaintiff had leased same and lived on it since 1943 and used it as the base of a cattle operation in the South Phillips Cooperative State Grazing District.
