J. Ernie Gaskin was president of Universal Securities Corporation and was engaged in the stock and bond brokerage business in Arkansas. He employed Bob Scott and Scott's former brother-in-law, Mr. Hanford, as security salesmen. The prosecuting attorney of Lee County, Arkansas, filed fourteen separate felony informations in circuit court against J. Ernie Gaskin charging him with fourteen separate offenses of unlawfully and willfully causing to be offered...
