33 A.D.2d 972 (1970)

Linda S. Garlinghouse et al., Appellants, v. Margaret Nelson et al., Respondents

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Third Department.

January 29, 1970

MEMORANDUM BY THE COURT.

It would seem that the action should take its original position on the calendar and that the parties should be prepared to proceed when it is reached for trial.
