ORDER

Without deciding whether this Court has authority to stay the holding of primary elections at the time prescribed therefor by the statute, we deny the within motion to stay the primary election to be held on September 15, 1970, it being our opinion that no sufficient cause has been shown to move us to interfere with the orderly conduct of the electrocal process as prescribed...
