ORDER

This is certiorari to review a decision of the Board of Elections and an appeal to review a judgment of the Superior Court. Involved are questions concerning Martin S. Malinou's right to be listed as a candidate for nomination for the office of the United States Senate in the Democratic Party primary to be held on September 15, 1970 and his position on the primary ballot. For the purpose of this order, we have consolidated the petition and the appeal.
