These three cases have been consolidated for review of awards of the Workmen's Compensation Appeals Board to determine a common question of law: Does the payment of an industrial disability retirement allowance more than one year from the date of injury and from the last furnishing of medical care, constitute the payment of "compensation" within the meaning of section 3207 of the Labor Code so as to toll the statute...
