Plaintiff, a guest passenger, has appealed a judgment awarding him $9,500.00 for multiple injuries he incurred in an intersectional collision. Joined as Defendants were both drivers and their liability insurers.

After a lengthy trial, the lower court concluded the accident was the result of the negligence of Michael J. Bieszczard and rendered judgment against him and his insurer, Globe Indemnity Company. The judgment also limited the liability...
