After a jury trial, appellants Lebovitz, Levine and Werter were convicted of grand larceny in the first degree (two counts), conspiracy to commit grand larceny, forgery in the third degree, and conspiracy to commit forgery; and appellant Finke was convicted of conspiracy to commit grand larceny, forgery in the third degree, and conspiracy to commit forgery.
