These proceedings in admiralty arise out of a collision between the M/V S. E. Graham and the S. S. Gulfoil on August 7, 1958, between 6:52 A.M. and 6:53 A.M. (Eastern Daylight Saving Time) in a dense fog in the East Passage of Narragansett Bay, between Bull Point, Jamestown and Fort Adams, Newport, in the State of Rhode Island.
