Appellant, plaintiff below, seeks reversal of a summary judgment, asserting error in the court's finding that there was no genuine issue of material facts. We agree with the trial court that there were no genuine issues of fact as to some of the appellees, who were defendants below, but find that there are genuine issues of material facts as to others.
