KEYSER, Justice.

This is an appeal from the dismissal by the Washington County Court of the petitioner's motion to vacate the sentence imposed upon him by the Barre City Municipal Court on March 4, 1963. The proceeding is brought under 13 V.S.A. §§ 7131-7137. The court below heard the motion on February 2, 1968, the petitioner being present and represented by counsel. The court made findings of fact, denied the motion and ordered its dismissal.
