OPINION

MOWBRAY, Justice.

This is an appeal from a denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, filed on the ground that the petitioner, a juvenile, had been denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial. We reverse, and order that the writ issue and that the juvenile be released from custody.
