This is a petition by Electra Manufacturing Co., for review of a decision of the National Labor Relations Board which held that the Company had violated sections 8(a) (1) and (5) and sections 2(6) and (7) of the National Labor Relations Act, for refusal to recognize or bargain with the Union.
