This is a suit filed by John Robert Passman, as petitioner, against Commercial Credit Plan of Hammond, Inc., hereinafter referred to as Commercial, and its employee, G. B. Smith, for damages resulting from an alleged invasion of privacy of petitioner. The Lower Court awarded judgment in favor of petitioner and against defendants in solido, in the sum of $10,000.00, with legal interest from date of demand until paid, and for all costs.
