On November 7, 1961, during the regular November term of the Circuit Court of Grant County, the grand jury attending that court returned three indictments against the defendant, Ronald Lee Reel, whose age was more than sixteen years but less than twenty-one years, each of which charged him with the crime of breaking and entering.
