SHANGRAW, Justice.

This petition was brought by the Vermont State Highway Board, under the authority of Title 19 V.S.A. Chapter 5, Condemnation, particularly sections 224-228, as well as 19 V.S.A. Chapter 17, relating to limited access facilities.

Proposed Route 4 will be a limited-access, four-lane highway from the Town of West Rutland, Vermont to the New York State line. This appeal by petitionee, Edna T. Jensen, is from a determination that it is necessary...
