This is an appeal by the plaintiff below from a judgment of dismissal, without prejudice. On February 28, 1964, the appellant filed a suit in the circuit court of Dade County against Bethencourt & Reyes Construction Co., Inc. and A.J. Bethencourt, Jr., A.V. Bethencourt, Adolfo Reyes and his wife Nereida Reyes, and Alvaro L. Barciela and his wife Nerida Barciela.
