The question in this case, arising by way of an action to quiet title, is whether, upon the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway's ceasing operations through Poplar Bluff in 1965, the land on which its depot stood reverted to the heirs of the grantor of the land, by virtue of a "reverter" clause in a 1901 deed, or became the property of the Frisco by reason of its ownership of adjacent land.
