PER CURIAM.

Defendant was tried for the crime of ravishing a female patient in a state institution for the feeble-minded, in violation of MCLA § 750.341 (Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.573). The jury returned a verdict of guilty as charged, and defendant was sentenced to from 5 to 15 years in prison. Defendant's motion for new trial was denied and he appeals.
