This is an appeal from the refusal of the trial court to transfer this cause to chancery court. The appellee, Westark Production Credit Corporation, is a lending agency which makes loans to its members. Loans were made to the Keeton industries which is a conglomerate operation consisting of the parent corporation, Keeton Farms, Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Keeton Mills, Inc. and K. & W.
