This suit was filed by Mary Louise O'Connor, individually, and as natural tutrix of her minor daughter, Frankie Mary Stewart, for medical expenses and personal injuries incurred as a result of an accident involving the Stewart child and a taxicab.

The defendants named in the suit were Robert K. Wilson, the driver of the taxi; Grady Emerson, its owner; Cooperative Cab Company, Emerson's principal; St. Louis Fire & Marine Insurance Company...
