On July 8, 1968, this cause having theretofore been submitted to the Court on petition for writ of certiorari to be directed to the District Court of Appeal, Third District of Florida, we determined that this Court was without jurisdiction to review the decision of the District Court of Appeal, and we denied the Petition.
