In this 9(h) suit a longshoreman is suing the vessel on which he was working for injuries received when his leg went into a hole about 15" × 30" between the outer side of a hoistable deck and the shell plating, i. e., the side of the ship. The owner of the vessel has filed a third-party complaint for implied contractual indemnity against the stevedoring company.
