SMITH, Justice:

Sherman Larue Lambert was tried in the Circuit Court of Lincoln County on an affidavit charging that he did "speed with a car and reckless driving and resisting arrest by running." He was convicted of reckless driving [Mississippi Code 1942 Annotated section 8175 (1956)] and sentenced to pay a fine of $100. He appeals from that conviction and sentence.

The affidavit furnished no clue as to the reckless...
