PER CURIAM:

Petitioner Griffin has requested this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus compelling the trial court to act upon a Motion to Vacate and Set Aside Judgment and Sentence. An Order was entered by the trial court April 29, 1969, denying Petitioner's Motion.

The Writ is denied and the Petition dismissed.

It is so ordered.
