Plaintiffs appeal the judgment of the trial court denying recovery of damages resulting from an automobile accident allegedly caused by a defectively recapped tire purchased from defendant, J. K. (Woody) Burch, d/b/a Burch Tire Company (Burch). The trial court found the tire was in fact defective but that the negligence of plaintiff driver, George E.
