Appellee, a Faulkner County road employee, brought this action against the appellant to recover damages for injuries appellee sustained when the road grader he was operating overturned upon striking appellant's underground baffle. A jury awarded appellee $20,000 and from the judgment on that verdict comes this appeal. Appellant first contends for reversal that the appellee was a trespasser upon its easement and, therefore, appellant is not responsible...
