The petitioner Mr. Manier, in custody pursuant to the judgment of the Criminal Court of Washington County, Tennessee, at its September, 1964 term, has applied pro se to this Court for the federal writ of habeas corpus, on the grounds that he is in custody in violation of several provisions of the federal Constitution. 28 U.S.C. § 2254(a).
