This is a suit in equity brought by the plaintiff City of Des Moines, Iowa, to permanently enjoin the defendant David Lohner from occupying and using specifically-described tracts of land for an automobile salvage and wrecking yard, as an alleged violation of the zoning ordinances of the city. By way of cross-petition defendant prays that the plaintiff city be ordered to issue to him a certificate of occupancy...
