Paul H. Jameson, plaintiff-appellant, is the owner of Green Spring Motel located on Louisiana Highway 21 approximately one mile north of Covington. In May, 1968 Mr. Jameson acquired the property adjoining his motel and proceeded to convert the residence thereon into a restaurant.
