PER CURIAM:
Petitioner appeals from an order denying his application for a writ of habeas corpus.
The facts are that, while he was 17 years of age, petitioner was arrested for the crime of burglary. The juvenile court, without a hearing on the merits, declined to take jurisdiction over the cause and transferred him to adult court for trial.
