Appellants sued appellee to recover $5,000.00, the amount of a fire insurance policy issued by appellee to the owner of a residence at 7840 Dayton Street in Houston. The owner was Lula McLaughlin. She died in 1963, a few months after the policy was issued. A fire occurred at the residence May 19, 1966.
