MARDEN, Justice.

On appeal from the denial of post-conviction relief.

Petitioner, with court appointed counsel, on April 26, 1967 entered a plea of guilty to an Information charging him with breaking and entering a funeral home and larceny therefrom in the nighttime, a felony, upon which he was sentenced to serve not less than five nor more than ten years in the State Prison.
