The motion to quash of defendant B.A. Schiff & Associates, Inc., a Florida corporation (hereinafter referred to as defendant Schiff), was denied by the Wayne county circuit court and defendant Schiff's appeal to the Court of Appeals was transferred to this Court.

Appellant claims: (1) that it was not subject to the jurisdiction of the Wayne county circuit court under the "long arm statute" of the State of Michigan;1
